Rested exp -vs- time it takes to get hierloom

Ok...This is my main. I want to make an alt now or later.

I was just wondering about the time ratio between making a alt now and using rested exp while playing 2 toons -vs- taking this toon to 80 and the time it would take me to get shoulders and chest for the 20% exp increase then leveling the alt after ....

I agree. I think it'd be best to let the new character rest while taking your level 70 character to 80 and getting heirloom items. This will also give you more playing options since you'll have an end-game character and an alt. You can focus on more different aspects of game play that way if you want to. :)
