Greetings all,

As some of you may be aware, our petition queue times are much longer than normal. Our staff is working through the queue as quickly as possible and will get to your report in due time. We apologize for any inconvenience these extended wait times may cause you.

Please know that you are not required to be online in order to receive assistance. Once you have submitted a petition, you may play normally, switch to an alternate character, or even log out of the game completely. As long as you do not close your petition, it will be addressed.

Note: When submitting a petition, it's important to provide enough information so our staff can assist you quickly and without additional contact.
  • If you are reporting a harassment issue, please include: the name of and realm of the harassing character. You may also want to provide the approximate time of the harassment and where it took place (whisper, Trade, etc...). In-game whispers which include phishing websites may be reported via "Report Spam."

  • If you are reporting corpse advertisement, please include a phrase like "corpse advertisement" or "body spam" or "dead bodies" in your petition. Such keywords may help us in finding and taking care of these issues as quickly as possible.

  • If you are requesting a restoration of an item, please include the full name of the item, the name and realm of the character who had the item, and when it was sold/destroyed/disenchanted/etc.

  • If you are requesting the transfer of a BoP item to another character, please include the full name of the item, the instance and boss from which it dropped, the approximate time it dropped, and the name and realm of the intended recipient.

  • If you are requesting a character to be restored, please include the name and realm of the character, its class, race, level, and when it was deleted. If items were removed from your character prior to its deletion, you wish to make note of this, as well.

  • If you are reporting a stuck character, please include the name and realm of the character which cannot be accessed, its location, and the word "stuck" somewhere within your petition.

In an effort to help reduce the overall wait time, we ask that before you submit a petition to please check to see if an answer to your issue is already available.
