We are a community

Everyone of us who will read this post share something in common, in some way shape or form the World of Warcraft has become a part of us. We, the players, have put time, money, effort, and energy into experiencing everything this world has to offer. I'm sure we have all encountered other players outside of the game, and we all know of the inevitable conversation to come about current comings and goings in the game and all the toons you've ever made, guild stories and so on.

To the point, we are a community of players who all aim to reach some kind of ingame goal. And the only separation between us is the barrier between horde and alliance, an undying battle that fuels an underlying drive to ensue chaos to those of the opposite faction. And of course, Fight on races of the horde and alliance for the travesties each faction have committed respectively are worthy of a relentless tension. As a long time follower of the Warchief, my faith lies in the horde and always will. What I beg of us, the community that fuels this game to work, is to keep pride in your faction. Support the undergeared, lowbies, and baddies of your faction, help them to achieve the mastery you have. Leave your rage for the players of the opposite faction, sharp blades and sharp wits. Don't loose hope on those who do not succeed within your faction, aid them, be a fellow member, support your community, for your goals in this amazing world we are apart of are not too different from the rest.

A smarter community will lead to a truly pure and honorable experience in a world we all know and love. The golden rule does apply, do onto others as you would wish done onto you. We all know of what great pleasure many aspects of the game brings, most have us have strong bonds within our guilds and would help them in a time of need. I'm begging the community to expand this concept, expand your kindness and honor to your entire faction, support your cause without faults. Bring chaos, annoyance, and relentless barrages of hate to your opposing faction and the forces that threaten the world, and keep it at that. In confrontation with a member of your faction, for whatever reason, be the one of stronger wits and don't allow ego to become you. We are equals in a community, we play for the same reasons, make the experience grand for all players.

For the Horde!

And take part in the Battlecry Mosaic so you can see the amazing new art portraying your faction leaders!

http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/wowanniversary/battlecry/

We want more pictures of YOU representing your faction! You may even get to see some familiar faces on our end there before much longer.

It's a great way to show your pride in your faction, share something with the rest of the community, and also help us celebrate our anniversary all in one.
