Account Downgrading

Haii, I have a question.

I know you can downgrade your account as several GMs have told me so my question is..

If you have already quested in wrath on say, a 70 does that mean that character will be locked from gameplay? Or just the reputations and quests nullified and acting like it never happened? He is still at 70 so Im not sure what would happen

I know my 80 will be locked from gameplay that is not my concern, im just wondering if my 70s will be locked from gameplay if I make this change or not? Would love a blue reply

There are very few, very isolated situations in which a downgrade is possible. These situations normally relate to some form of payment or technical issue. We do not offer downgrades as a common service, Arachnofobia, and I do apologize if you were led to believe otherwise.
