Hi,

My wife was just kicked off the server and when she tried logging back in it said her account is no longer in use. What happened she wasn't doing anything but milling some herbs to make some Darkmoon Faire Cards.

She got an email said that she bought gold, in which she never bought any gold. How can she get her account back and how long is the ban for?

She has not received an email from Blizzard.

Can you give me a character name/realm on the character she was on at the time?

Ahhh, she should have an email at her registered email address on this. If she's not seeing it, checking spam filters would be my first recommendation.

There is information in that email. If she wishes to appeal this, she will need to email Account Administration at [email protected].

Thanks!

This is the second time she has been accused of this sort of matter, and she is not doing anything wrong. She farmed tonight some Herbs to mill, so she can make Darkmoon Faire Cards for next week. So I'm guessing she's not a lot to farm herbs to mill?

Herbing is fine. There are links in that email that I'd recommend she go over.

Calling someone names is a nono is agreed, but we are waiting for an official reply. Normal end users who have no idea on the situation should not be here posting about it because nothing will help until we hear back from Blizzard about this.

I did reply, Moon.

She needs to read the email she was sent and contact Account Administration. I'm afraid this is out of the Game Master's hands at this point.

No one has access to her account, not even me. There has been nothing abnormal on her account, nothing is missing, nothing is extra. She has been on for the last eight hours tonight, she would of noticed by now.

Then that is what she needs to tell Account Adminstration, Moon.

While I understand this is frustrating, there is simply no other avenue of appeal but letting Account Admin review this.

Do have her be sure to email from her registered email account. We can only respond to emails received from the registered address.

I do wish you all the very best.
