Charge back when i was hacked

When i got my account back from when it was hacked the hacker or the actual owner of that credit card issued a charge back I called in to billing they told me to either wait intill december 20th or pay the fee myself I want to know if there is anyway to make it so i didnt have to wait and i wouldnt have to pay for the hacker :)

Can you give me the name and realm of a character on the account. This is likely something that our Billing and Account Services department needs to address but I'll see what I can find out.

Unfortunately, Mike, we are simply unable to remove active subscription time from an account which is why the refunded subscription has to be paid or the account locked until the time left on the account expires.
