It sounds like you were receiving an error with the purchase, Druiidboy, and you never actually purchased the game.
Purchases can fail for a number of reasons like the name of the card holder not matching the account holder, a communication issue with the bank, and any other number of factors.
You could try using a different credit card, or try clearing your cookies & temporary internet files before trying again. Unfortunately if you continue to receive an error you will need to contact our Billing and Account Services department directly.
