Race Change Problem!

So i tried to do a paid race change and when i put my credit card information in it said that it was incorrect so i tried again and it gave me the same message so I quit trying and logged onto the character in question to play and I did. Well when I tried to log in this morning all my other charcters I can log onto but not Liferuiner and hes the one I tried to do a paid race change on whats wrong????

I do not see any pending changes for this character, Liferuiner. Therefore, it appears that the issue you are having is unrelated to any previous race change attempts. What message are you receiving when you try to log in with this character?

Additionally, I have looked over your account, Zawn, and it appears that we had experienced an issue with completing the transaction for that character's race change. The character should once again be playable, and we will not be collecting any charges for the previous attempt. If you would still like to change the race of that character, then it may be a good idea to contact our Billing and Account Services department to see if we can submit the request for you.
