I cancelled my sub on this account, and then maybe about a day later resubbed. This was maybe less than a week ago and it still says my payment is pending. I really hope in 30 minutes it doesn't disconnect me, so I was wondering if maybe a blue could assist at all? If nothing can be done that's also fine, I just really wanted to play tonight. :/

Okay. So. Right after I logged out of WoW I refreshed the payment history page and it said my payment went through. Weird. Guess I got lucky!

Aye, sometimes you do need to log totally out for those particulars to refresh.

Normally, if we've billed and payment is still pending it doesn't NORMALLY suspend you from play while that is in process, but always a good thing to check. It may prevent you from posting on the forums during the pending period, but again, that is normally a very short period of time.

Enjoy!

account info says active next payment 9-27-10....money already out of bank account and each time I log out it comes back up. I never hit ok when it tells me "Your play time expires in 30 minutes" what do I do?

Not this account Zak?

This one looks to be due 9/10.

If the one in question billed on 8/24, that is an issue with this message that is being looked into.
