Can anyone on the PTR confirm if the Icecrown 5-mans are part of the random dungeon table?

I was just imagining a party full of fresh 80s in greens trying to take down ilvl 232 content. :O

On the other hand, it would be kind of lame if they weren't part of the table, since they have the best gear of any 5-man.

I actually got one of them when I was doing the testing on the PTR, so yes, they are part of the table. One thing to keep in mind though is that you have to unlock the Halls of Reflection by doing the Pit of Saron and the Pit of Saron is locked until you do the Forge of Souls. I was not able to queue for locked two dungeons until I opened them up so that probably locks them from the random heroic rotation as well.

Yes, the que for random dungeons allows you to que for classic, Burning Crusade, and Wrath of the Lich King dungeons, including heroics. The availability for queing for either of these might be level based. I'm not quite sure. Also, for 80's, The first heroic dungeon you do will award you 2 emblems of frost, which is the new currency for gear for getting tier 10.

I believe it is level based (if memory serves) and you see the list of what is available for your character. For example my level 80 character had the option to queue for any Northrend 5 player dungeon, normal mode or heroic as well as the random dungeon and random heroic options. The dungeons for TBC and earlier were not on the list.
