How come I can't give MY toon to my brother?

Ok Blizz....so tell me this. I've got 3 70's and 2 80's. How come I can't give one to my brother? I did, then after calling cust. service w/ some battle.net account problems I was told that I couldn't and it would be refunded back. So let me ask this; What the heck is the point of being able to transfer characters from one account to another? There isn't any. So why is it an offered option? I'm not selling it to my brother. He's already got one 80. He wants to play a druid and I don't play mine any more...so we thought it would be fun to level together from 70 to 80. Blizz, you even went so far as to remove all the xp and gold he earned on the toon but not refund and of the gold he spent.

Ultimately, there's no need for paid character account transfer. So either get rid of it, or let me transfer my unused toons to my friends and relatives. We've been playing for almost all 5 years of WoW.

I think a large number of people would disagree with you, Mijanlluk. I personally have 2 accounts currently. I had three but it was a Recruit a Friend that I did myself and when I was done I transferred the character over to my main account.

The transfer system is for players to move characters between accounts that they are registered to.

We do not allow the sale, trade or gifting of accounts or characters. The account you are registered to as well as any characters do not technically belong to you.

I'm sorry, Mijanlluk, but if your brother wishes to play a Druid he will need to create one on the account he is permitted to play on.
