I report everyone who calls me "retard" even if I dont have the chance to clarify my disability to them, and yet SOMEHOW, I catch they still play somehow within 24 hours! it's like the matter gets ignored completely! bigots come in many shapes and sizes, and persistantly insulting someone with a hurtful word is beyond unacceptable!
As a few people indicated, Bloodraptor, the insult is a general one usually thrown out there. In all honesty, you do not need to clarify your disability to anyone, it is none of their business.
While I can confirm that you did submit a petition regarding this matter in order to properly investigate the language used we need the name of the realm that character is on as well. There are over 220 realms and we are unable to run searches on each one to see if they have a character named "X" and if that character may have said something that violated our Terms of Use.
If you can I'd recommend editing your petition to include that realm, if you remember it.
Please understand that our the actions taken are based on the severity of the violation as well as the history on the account. We do not generally close and account unless immediately and try to educate players about our policies, allowing them to curb their behavior. These penalties do stack though and if they continue they may find themselves suspended or with their account closed. More on this can be found in the following Support Article.

It would be best to place the person on ignore and not respond to them. Our In-Game Support staff will investigate your report and take appropriate actions.
Unfortunately, it seems that this conversation was a bit too much for some and it really not an appropriate topic of conversation for these forums so it has been locked and moderated accordingly.
