Suddenly can't queue for BG's

I was in that BG that's like WSG (sorry, can't remember the name) and when it was over, I was stuck in there...said it would close in 10 min, which seemed odd. Something happened and I walked away from computer and eventually my toon was logged out while I was still in the BG. I restarted the game, but I still cannot queue up for a BG. When I open the BG queue window, the BGs are listed, but not what points I would get if I win - that's blank.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I believe it's a known issue right now being investigated where if you get disconnected, you can't queue for Battlegrounds afterwards.

There's a temporary workaround you can try if you like:

1. Have a different character of the same battleground bracket invite the affected character to a group.
2. Have the leader queue for a specific battleground as a group.
3. The queue should pop for the affected character. When it does, have the character try to enter that battleground.
4. If the affected character successfully enters the battleground, have them play the battleground as normal or “/afk” out.
5. The character should now be clear of the issue and able to queue on their own once more
