Paid Char Xfer with BoA Items?

Hello, I was wondering:

If I use the Paid Char. Transfer service, will it allow me to transfer a character that is wearing the BindonAccount Heirloom gear to an account with no level 80 characters?

Another words, can I transfer a character with some BoA gear to my other WoW account?

I cannot clearly find this in the FAQ pages relating to Paid Char. Xfers.

You can transfer forward expansion-wise, but not backwards in progression.
