Can't get RAF deal, account shows linked

My friend sent me a RAF invite which I accepted. The RAF page at blizzard shows both account is linked to each other.

A few days has passed, still no triple XP bonus. still no summon from anywhere once per hour option. etc. Both Maglium and Valake are the same level and right down to the same amount of xp. But we should have been level 15 or so already and not prodding at anemic non-RAF rate. According to FAQ I should be showing extra XP but the only extra XP I show in log are rested XP.

I also upgraded to retail WoW taking advantage of $5 WoW vanilla box + 60 days game card. My friend (who plays Valake on Detheroc) has not received the 1 month free bonus or the free mount.

According to RAF FAQ, when I used the 60 days game card, the bonus is supposed to be applied to veteran account (owned by Valake) immidiately. Yet it has not happened.

He and I have double checked the RAF page at blizzard, we shows our account is linked.

So why are we getting screwed out of the triple XP and my friend getting screwed out of the RAF bonus?

Actually, no - it's linked to account number one, not account number two.

I suspect the RAF wasn't upgraded.

You'll want to contact Billing on this as soon as possible to see if they can remedy this for you.

I'd call except I have misplaced my teletypewriter device, I don't think Blizzard has text messaging feature like my cell phone, and voice part of the telephone is not sign language compatible.

I'm unsure of their queues at this time, although their hours are extended starting this weekend so hopefully they will get to you soon.

I did find your email, and I've attached notes to it regarding this thread as well to help them with their research.

I'd keep an eye on your email for a reply.
