Spectral Tiger Mount from Loot Elemental ???

Good Day I am not quite sure where this post should go but I reviewed alot of posts of similar topic here but not this exact one. I went to Blizzcon 2009 and waited in line for about 3.5 hours for a shot at the LOOT ELEMENTAL, for the one and only chance I would have at MAYBE winning a Spectral Tiger. I however DID get lucky and WON WOOT WOOT... at the booth they stated that it would be sent to those who won in the weeks following blizzcon... its now 20-NOV-2009 and 21-AUG-2009 was Blizzcon thats an astonishing 12 weeks or so... do you think the "CHEQUE IS STILL in the MAIL???" wondering when I will FINALLY get my Spectral Tiger .... Been waiting for it for SOOOOOO long... please reply... Thanks
