So i got the E-mail for the free week of WoW , the question I got is since I already reactivated my account with a game card a couple days before I got this e-mail, can I add this free 7 days to the account or is the free game time void since I reactivated my account before this went out?

I don't think you'll be able to claim those 7 days if your account is currently active, Hikari; but, as Thunderwulf suggested, there is absolutely no harm in contact our Billing & Account Services department to clarify fully. In fact, I encourage you to do so. :)

Just as an FYI to those who may be reading along: We just recently launched a promotion through which inactive accounts may receive 7 free days of game play. A notification will arrive via email and the sending address will be newsletter@blizzard.com. You needn't click on any links within such an email, however; to claim your 7 free days for your inactive account, simply visit your Battle.net Account Management home page (https://us.battle.net/account/management/index.xml?). If you qualify, you'll see an option right under the "ACCOUNT HOME" title.
