Just thought I’d put this out here as I myself simply thought the PTR was just inaccessible this week.
The Dornogal instance seems to be borked, so attempting to connect to it will work ephemerally before disconnecting you. If you wish to play a character that is logged out in Dornogal, you will simply need to re-copy it from live after moving it out of the city. Most other zones seem to work just fine, as I’ve tested by logging in to a few Khaz Algar zones as well as presumably, most of the old world.
It would be appreciated if we could have issues of this nature better communicated in the future moving forward. Happy testing!
