yesterday I mde a thread talking about how billing wil lnot listen to me or my mom and wont allow my mom to move one of our wow accounts (me and my brother are minors and both WoW accounts are in our mothers name) to a different Bnet account
I called billing 3 times yesterday, each time they would not listen to me or my mother (and even when my mother told them to do whatever I said because she has no idea what is going on they wouldn't listen to me or her)
What do I do? they will not listen to me!!! They think we are trying to sell the account or something I dont know.. they didnt say that but thats the impression im getting, because every1 here says
"YES it is possible for your mom to transfer one of your WoW accounts to a different Bnet account (both are in her name, same with both WoW accounts as I said before) But then when I call billing they wont do it
Please Blizzard, I need a blue to help me with this situation, I have been trying to get this sorted out for a week now and have gotten nothing but horrible customer service!!!
