Hey guys, I just wanna clear something up, Is there a certain level you have to be before the Recuit-a-friend benefits kick in, I got my girlfriends and my account linked today Via billing Phone support and I got the mount and In Account management its telling me they are linked, Yet I can not Summon her and Im not getting 300% exp or close to it, its normal EXP on 3 attempts 2 lvl 10s we have and 2 more lvl 1 recreated and played til lvl 6, On every Trail and test it has given the same result no Ability to summon and no extra EXP, Is there something that i am missing or Is it start at a later level.

Cheers Any help would be grateful.

Recruit-A-Friend benefits become immediately available in-game after a recruit account is created, Targetted. May I ask for the name and realm of a character from your account and a character from your girlfriend's account?

Thanks, Targetted. I was just confirming the RAF link for these two characters (and their corresponding accounts). :)

May I ask for these two characters (Deflection and Katay) to join a party and then kill a nearby creature? When you do so, your Combat Log should display a specific entry for that kill. Copy and paste or reiterate what log line says for me here.

Just keep the following triple experience rules in mind:

Rule 1) Veteran and recruit character must partied and within 100 yards of one another
Rule 2) Mobs killed and quests completed must be marked neither "Low Level" nor gray in difficulty for either the veteran or the recruit character
Rule 3) Should one character be more than 4 levels higher than the other, only the lower level character will receive the experience boost. Rule 2 still applies.

Interesting. I delved a bit further, and it seems that something may be slightly amiss with your and your girlfriend's account link. Though your accounts are displaying as linked, it doesn't appear as though the account was created with an RAF invitation key. That may be causing the lack of in-game benefits you're reporting.

Not to worry, though, this can be straightened out. Just have your girlfriend contact our Billing support staff and we can ensure that her account is linked appropriate to yours. :)

For clarity, however (just to be make sure I'm on the exact appropriate page): You phoned our Billing department and one of our representatives linked your girlfriend's account with yours, and this occurred today?

Targetted, we went ahead and tried something to see if we can get those in-game benefits working as intended. Please let us know as soon as possible if you're still experiencing any difficulty.
