How do I cancel my trial status because I have game time and it's only leaving me in trial status which means I can't level past 70 until it runs out in 7 days time which is a pain to wait til it switches over to regular game time. So, how would I cancel the trial status so my regular game time can get used.

Is this the account that is currently undergoing the trial period for the Wrath of the Lich King expansion, Priestwings?

Oh and yes it's on this account

And you are 100% sure you would like the trial removed, understand that this means that you will never again be able to use it on this account (not really an issue if you are ready to upgrade it, but I have to make sure you understand this).

I'm sure.

You should be free to upgrade your account at this time, Priestwings.

I was not aware this was something the GMs could assist with... I know the mailboxes can do this.

*takes notes* GMs... can... remove... Wrath... trials. Duly noted!

Not exactly true, Pahanda. As luck would have it, there happened to be a representative in the office who was able to assist me. Unfortunately, this is not always the case, though. :0/

which browser do you recommend? i used Firefox and safari. I am a mac user.

Firefox usually plays happily with our forms, Safari and Chrome are known to have issues at times.

You have access to IE by chance?

You can certainly ask, they will likely have alternatives for you.
