Q u o t e:
I want to customize it to say something else rather than WOW1..... Hackers can easily hack accounts now because they already know your account name because it is WOW1, WOW2, WOW3...
No, not really. In order to access your account, malicious parties would need to know your Battle.net account name and password—not your WoW account name or its display name.
To expand a little more on this subject: The old account creation process, during which you selected the name of your account and its password, is no longer available. Instead, all accounts are now created through the Battle.net system. Since your Battle.net account name and password will function as the login credentials for these new accounts, unique account names which you select are longer needed.
What is needed, however, is a way of identifying one account from the other. So, each new account created through Battle.net will be identified as "WoW1," "WoW2," etc. These accounts will be unique to the Battle.net on which they were created.
"WoW1/WoW2/WoW3" is not your account's "actual" name, though; this is simply the display name you see when managing or logging into your account through Battle.net. Each "WoW#" account has an internal ID that only Blizzard employees may access. Regardless, as these variables do not come into play when logging into game client or managing it online, it provides malicious parties no advantage. Keep your Battle.net account name and password secure, and you're good.
On this note, some tips to that end may be found here:

Also, do I have to pay to move a character from one account to another account? If not, where do I go to do this option?
Yes, you will. Each transfer would cost $25.00 USD. If you're transferring between two Battle.net account, some additional restrictions may apply (

I hope this helps! If you've any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask. :)
