Phasing in Dragonblight?

Could I get some more information about Phasing? We are aware with the issue with the Battle for Undercity with being phased near horde cities, but we also have an issue with phasing in Dragonblight.

While in Dragonblight, I cannot see party members. Me and my party member did not have any dragonblight quests in our logs, yet we can see each others dots and not each other. I assume this has to do with quest system phasing, and one of us probably abandoned a quest somewhere in the middle. I have not found any posts on this, like the undercity issue, so not quite sure how we find out which quest line one of us did not complete. Or is this a bug?

This happened to me twice with different party members, and apparently I cannot be in Dragonblight but by myself. Please help!

And a suggestion**** This phasing makes some sense, but it is frustrating if you don't know what is going on. If you are just out kiling stuff with others and not doing quests, you cannot be grouped with another member, nor help them with their quests. And there is no way of knowing what questgiver to see, or where the quest should pick back up again.

It seems there are a number of quests you must complete before you complete the Veteran of the Wrathgate quest-line and are in the same phase as players who have completed the event. I suggest starting by visiting Duke August Foehammer in Dragonblight.

I wouldn't say this quest line is unrelated to the Battle for the Undercity, but rather a pre-cursor. You're not currently affected by the Battle for the Undercity because you have not yet gotten that far; however, the quests you will be completing will lead you to the Battle for the Undercity. In other words, you're going to need to complete the Battle for the Undercity to fully resolve your phasing issue at the moment.

There are a few more quest-lines in Icecrown which result in phasing (e.g. the Ebon Hold), but they affect far fewer players.
