My account is setup with a credit card. Every month the payment for wow comes out of that account. Has been that way for 4 years now. To my surprise, 3 days ago...I am looking on the forums and I post something for my guild. I come back the next day, and I can't post. I go to battlenet.com to see if there was a problem. My account was frozen. Really? Why? I send an email out because oh...I can't post of the forums to get help with this matter. I get some stupid link that has nothing to do with my problem. Very nice.

Today I figure it out has Battle(tard).net froze my account because billing was pending? Really? That is the dumbest thing that I have EVER heard of. Oh well we are going to freeze everyone's accounts that billing is due until we get out money. You would think with all the 11 or 12 billion accounts that you guys have that you could figure a way to collect your money WITHOUT freezing people's accounts.

Finally today I can post again, however making customers feel like they have done something wrong when they know that they haven't...it just lazy and wrong. Fix this bug now!

This is not a Battle.net related issue, Lith; this affected all World of Warcraft accounts in which pending payments are taking more time to process. We've brought this to the attention of our web team, but I am unaware of any new news regarding this issue.

Thank you for the report, Lith.

Q u o t e:
Well you can say it has nothing to do with battlenet however this have never happened until now...right after the merger. Seems like it is an issue with the merger and how battlenet does things.

As someone who has spent many many hours addressing posts, I can assure you that this issue is not at all related to Battle.net.
