Bountiful Feast - chairs not appearing?

I've just picked up the quest for the Bountiful Feast, but I cannot complete the quest as the chairs aren't appearing in front of the 5 different foods. Help!

We are currently aware of this issue and hope to see it resolved as soon as possible, Eloisa. Please feel free to submit an in-game petition to enlist the assistance of our Game Master staff who are equipped with a possible resolution, but you may want to try visiting various other tables near major cities to complete this achievements in the meantime.
