So I merged one of my accounts to a battle.net account after receiving the 7 free days of game play.

When I go to my World Of Warcraft account management page for this account there is a hyperlink that states 'Claim 7 free days of Game time'.

When I click this link it takes me to the https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/error.html URL with a '404 File Not Found!' error message.

Then it shows an Orc scratching it's head with an error message on the page 'The requested file was not found! Sorry!'

Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like there may be an issue with the page loading up. Standard web trouble shooting tips would apply here: you should try clearing your cookies and temporary files or try claiming the seven free days from a different web browser.

Could you by chance provide me with the name of a character and realm from the account you are trying to reactivate?

Q u o t e:

I myself am having the same issue, and have tried both IE and Mozilla, no luck.

After having trouble loading the page it just goes to the account management page as usual, where the account remains frozen.

Did you get a chance to follow Twulf's instructions on the matter?

You will want to make sure you fully close the browser and restart it after clearing it out, please let me know the name of the character and realm from the account in question if you continue having issues so we can use the information when looking into the matter.
