Perma ban for name infraction?

Was just wondering if it's possible for being perma banned for having a name infraction.

My hunters name is Mileycyris and a friend just recently reminded me that it is against the LUA to have names that are based off of celebrity personal.

I have 1-3 bans, something like that, over the course of a 3-4 years from trolling trade and what not.

It is possible, Dellamia, but the penalties would have to be many or fairly severe.

It is also important to keep in mind that we consider not only the severity of the violation but also the amount of time it has been between violations.

Names that are not considered inappropriate may not be changed immediately either, depending on the realm type and the name. Roleplay realms have a much stricter naming policy so names that would be fine on a normal non-RP realm may not be good for RP realms.

If you have a name that you believe may violate our Terms of Use, Dellamia, submit an in-game petition and inquire. We take a more lenient approach when self reported, a Game Master will be able to tell you if your name is acceptable.
