Character restoration

Whenever possible, our Game Masters will step in and attempt to return you with lost items, be it characters or in-game items. While we will always strive to help whenever we can, please understand that it is not always possible to grant a restoration. If you have a character that you would like to request a restoration for, Eppi, I would suggest submitting an in-game petition at your earliest convenience. For us to be able to investigate your loss please be sure to include the following information:

• Character name
• Realm the character was on
• Level, class, and race of the character
• The time and date of the loss (as precisely as possible)
• How character was lost (if you know)

Our Game Master staff will evaluate the situation and do what they can to return your lost character. ;0)
