If your chat privileges have been temporarily muted, they should be returned to you after approximately 24 hours, Dabi. I understand that the actions other players take can be upsetting, or may frustrate you, mate, but we have policies in place that we expect to be followed at all times. If by this time tomorrow you are still having difficulty speaking to others I would suggest placing an in-game petition. In doing so you can request the situation be looked into, and reevaluate your chat privileges.
