Unable to Connect - Realm not down

It sounds like there may be another issue here, Meditate. The realms on Shadowburn are up and accepting players.

Can you and anyone else experiencing this issue list your general location and what provider you are using? I'll see what I can find out in the meantime.

There is also the issue with the Emberstorm and Whirlwind battlegroups, Starrh.

Are you getting the same unable to connect issue on a non-Emberstorm or Whirlwind Battlegroup realm on both accounts?

Our Technicians are looking into it. It looks like some people are able to log in if they are persistent. Hopefully we can track down the cause of this issue and get it resolved.

I'll update this thread as soon as I get any information.

Though I don't have any specific updates as of yet, folks, I just wanted to let you know that this matter is still being looked into.

I just wanted to let you know that our Technicians believe the have found the cause of the connection issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as they can.

Though some people are reporting that they are now able to log in and are no longer experiencing this issue it is not fully resolved as of yet. We do not currently have an estimate on when the issue will be resolved but I will provide what updates I can as they become available.
