Tome of Polymorph: Turkey

Hello, apologies if it's been asked before, I couldn't find anything over here.

Could we get an official clarification regarding the Tome of Polymorph: Turkey? As of now, and from what I know, the item isn't enabled. However, it once was in the PTRs and we all figured it would be for Thanksgiving.

Is it (not) working as intended?

I was unaware of any plans to add the Polymorph: Turkey to the game for Pilgrim's Bounty, Celebrian. If you'd like to see this added, please feel free to suggest it on the Suggestions Forum. :)
