Cant find Any info on when the Patch is suppose to drop, other then it buying a thursday.
When does the War Effort turn-ins start?

The AQ War Effort starts when players turn in a certain quest in Cenarion Hold; there was not a patch.
We’re seeing it started on some realms. For example, it just started on Dreamscythe.
