Blizz just want's your money

Accoutn got hacked, called billing, got my accoutn back, all character moved to different server, billing says my 80 lock was deleted, blizz accout team (joke) says my 80 lock was transfered to another accoutn.

in all cases, blizz won't undo the transfer's, name changes or anything, basicly, they've gotten my 15$ a month for 3+ years, plus the costs of the game, TBC, and Wrath. And all i get is toons on low population server, everything missing, toons renamed, toons moved to different accoutn.

WTG blizz.

I'll be off playing any game NOT related to blizzard and thier fail policies.

Blizz says My login information is MY responsibility, who's to say it wasn't brute-force hacked on thier end? I've never had my accoutn suspended for using the wrong pass multiple times.

hell, i never even recieved an e-mail stateing that my e-mail / password had been changed... odd... especially considdering the 16 support survey's you get for ever ticket you submit.

My account will probably be banned, but i really don't care, as all the time and effort i invested in a toon is now gone anyway.

I'm sure blizz will lock, and probably delete this post, just letting you people know what you're in for if you ever get your account stolen.
