My sister was playing wow and wasn't doing anything. She jus got a message from blizzard saying a player has issued a complaint and to go to Removed potentially malicious link and enter information or her account will be taken off in an hour. What is this?

The others have already covered the basics - definitely a phishing attempt.

While the below article is normally reserved for suspicious e-mails, it may also help you identify suspicious whispers as well - many of the mannerisms, such as threatening to close your account unless you do XYZ is usually the same.
