Quest: Battle for Gilneas City, bugged

On the dentarg server, the quest battle for gilneas is stuck. You can accept the quest and teleport to where the current location of the battle is, but there is no battle. there is a crowd of people on the bridge as well as a guy on a horse that give me a healing buff.

There was quite a few people that were waiting for the battle to regroup but it never did. Please look into this, it is affecting alot of peoples game expeience. They all started saying the horde was better.
