Authenticator Code

When I attempt to login to my account it says "Authenticator Code, enter the 6 digit code." I have not registered an authenticator device to my account and don't have any code to put in that box!

Once you are ready to recover access to your account, please contact the Billing and Account Services department so that we may look into removing the authenticator that was added.
