If you did not place an authenticator on your account and are now unable to log in, contacting the Billing & Account Services department to recover your account would be a good step to take.

The Account Compromise Info Center sticky thread is also a good resource you should check out for information on what to do in the event of a compromise. Making sure your computer is secure, and common passwords are changed, can go along way to protect you in the long run.

Please note that the Billing department would need to verify a good portion of information regarding your account before removing the authenticator. If you are unable to fully verify we do have an alternative method available. Proof of identification can be sent in with the Terms of Use form to get the authenticator removed. I will include Billings contact information, and the link to that Terms of Use form, below.
