Completely useless and terrible GM service

As of late, the 3 day tickets I've waited&waited on have been completely useless. It seems, when you ask a direct question to a GM, they give you a completely irrelevant answer that has nothing to do with your question, and insist that they are right.

I submitted a ticket concerning an arena bug. My ticket was accurate, and the GM response had nothing to do with my concern. It was regarding a complete reset of MMR, for no absolute reason. I got a response telling me, personal ratings always reset! And my issue was not resolved.

I'm not making a post inquiring my issue in specific, just an example.

I've had other issues that have not been addressed, and my partner, ticketing the same subject was told by the GM he was lying, and trying to carry a low rated player, and didn't even TRY to address anything, only insisted we were wrong.

All I'm saying is, if your GMs are getting paid to solve issues, why are they ignoring what players are trying to report and shut them down, insisting that THEY are correct.

Better employees, and less useless ones, please.

Actually, the Game Master was not referring to your personal rating. He was indeed referring to your Match Making Rating (MMR) when he provided the response. Additionally, if you are unsatisfied with a answer that you received via an offline in-game response, then you should have the option to acquire further assistance.

I digress however. There aren't any issues with MMR currently, and the behavior of MMR in the context of your new team is entirely appropriate - as the Game Master noted. I apologize if this comes as a shock or inconvenience to you though.

You can refer to the FAQ that was posted on our PvP Discussion forum here, and indeed, you may post in that forum if you have further questions:

I'm so sorry to hear that your account was compromised =(. Fortunately, while restoration isn't guaranteed, our staff are very frequently able to help restore an account after a compromise. You may want to review the following thread, as it sheds considerable light on the process:
