License Status

I have an account that says license status frozen. I do not know what this means or why it says that. The subscription ran out today and I had used a visa gift card the last time I paid. I was going to buy a game card this time but dont want to spend the money if its not going to work. If a blue reads this could you please let me know if this is anything to worry about.

Teeny clarification: "Frozen" can mean that the account does not possess an active subscription or that remaining pre-paid game time has expired.

At times, this status can also appear if a recurring subscription payment has not fully processed for the next billing cycle. While this will not interrupt your game play, forum access may be limited until the payment finalizes.


Mandenth, if you add a 60-day, pre-paid game card to your account, this will renew your license's status for approximately 2 months. :)
