Faction transfer & Shadowvault issue.

I faction transfered to the Alliance and now the Shadowvault area in Icecrown is all "pre-phased". All of the quests for Icecrown seem to be completed still from my Horde side. I cannot access the Ebon Blade vendor for my helm enchant :( Is this a known problem? Can it be fixed by a GM?

I'm sorry, Aku, but there may have been some confusion. This is working as intended and is covered in the FAQ.
