Starcraft 2 Registry Keys & WoW

Hello, I was wondering why I have to have a Starcraft 2 Registry Key in order to open the World of Warcraft Launcher. Whenever I double-click on my WoW shortcut, I get this prompt:

"Launcher requires write permission to the Starcraft II Registry key to successfully locate and run the game. Please enable write access to the Registry key using an administrator account."

I was wondering if this was a bug, or a scam made by Blizzard, because nothing has changed with my registries.

Hello Kaelathara

That is an incorrect error message. It should read World of Warcraft and not StarCraft 2.

Right click on the icon to launch the game and choose run as administrator. The game is trying to correct some registry key entries and needs permission to do so.
