How come there are 3-4 different colors for each Tier 10 set?

I'm not sure what you are talking about, there is only 1 color on our preview page: http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/underdev/3p3/tier10sneak/huge-sh.jpg

This can go a lot of ways really. We had a lot of different colors used in Ulduar but not as many in Naxxramas or Trial of the Crusader tiers. We will see how we end up using them now or maybe sometime in the future.
