So I reported a guy for racism

and using profanity in trade chat. 2 days later, ticket still isn't answered. Do GMs even remotely answer these things? 2 days? I'm sorry, taking 30 seconds to respond should NEVER take 2 days. Is there a way to report the GMs on my realm for being absolute failures? Normally I have to get a response to fill out a survey explaining my extreme displeasure in the tardiness of the responses, but I don't think I'll ever see a response so I'll never get to see that survey.

Also, could you guys make it so the report function doesn't push my buff bar way down and obscure all my UI crap? That would be WONDERFUL. Thanks for penalizing me for reporting a guy for talking about killing black people.

From what I can see, Hierax, your petition was at one day and 5 hours before you closed it.

Queue times fluctuate based on the number of help requests we receive. For example on Kargath you haven't had a petition since July of last year. At that time we were able to get to each petition within an hour or so.
