Under Windows 7 64 Ult - installed to users\public\games\WoW

Did a fresh install from the website's WOW installer - that worked fine.
Once it gets to patching, it pulls down the WoW-3.2.0-enUS-downloader.exe
That launches and starts pulling down WoW-3.2.0-enUS-patch.exe.part
About 20% in (~340meg?) it crashes to bluescreen and reboots.

I've tried setting compat. mode for that exe (as well as each exe in the folder) for 'run as XP SP2' and 'run as admin' - made no differences.
Turned off virus software (Microsoft Security Essentials) made no difference.

After 5+ tries, I moved to pulling down the patches from direct links, hopefully they will apply.

But I'd rather NOT have to do this with every patch. :)

Hi Hateweaver,

The downloader does put a bit of stress on the network card so you'll want to check what type of bluescreen crash you get. http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=21033
If it's linked to your network card, updating its drivers may help.
