HELP! Guild hacked a moment ago!

I can't get a response on the CS forum. I can't find a phone number for CS. The hacker was online when I sent in the report. Anyone know the CS telephone number or a fast way to connect with Blizz? I put in a ticket and posted on the CS forum

Our phone support teams are unable to assist with compromises, Llaine. The best thing you can do is open an in game ticket alerting the Game Masters of what is taking place. You may also wish to contact the Guild Master if you have the ability to do so letting them know what is happening.

We will investigate the matter accordingly.

Actually... your phone teams ARE able to help with a compromise. I would know because it's happened in the past and its the first thing I suggest to anyone who is currently getting hacked in game... you immediately call and pray you get thru. Its even more awesome when they get him while he's online cause he enjoys a screw over and never gets to enjoy what he stole.

I'm going to guess you're a new blue forum agent... should look into these things.

To clarify, Account Services can assist when it comes to compromises only if a player is unable to recover the account on their own; for example the player is unable to retrieve the password, or cannot access the Battle.net email address. In this case, we do recommend contacting Account Services so they can update the account details and get the player back into the game.

Account Services cannot perform restorations, however, which is what I was referring to above, Yondame.
