GM ticket window keeps... disappearing =/

Ok, so I opened a ticket, filled it out (nice, lengthy and informative), and the little box that pops up in the upper right hand corner says "You have a ticket... experiencing a high volume of tickets atm".

I log off. Log back on a few hours later and the GM Ticket box thing is no longer there. Annoyed just by a bit, I open the ticket window, fill out the same ticket again (surely a GM simply did not get to my ticket in such a short amount of time - plus I had no email sent to my mailbox regarding a response).

Logged off again, logged back on just a few moments ago to see the box gone.

Does this mean my ticket was resolved? or did it just... happen to disappear (very unlikely given the current queue times).

Should I re-open and fill out yet another ticket or can I assume a GM has taken a look at the ticket?

Thanks much.

I show that you currently have two petitions open, Azhlee, one on your Blood Elf Paladin and a relatively new one on your Undead Death Knight regarding the same thing.

Petitions are only visible by the character who submits them. If you are unable to see the petition icon you may want to try resetting your User Interface by following the directions below.

1) *IMPORTANT* Exit the World of Warcraft to your desktop by logging out of the game and exiting. If World of Warcraft isn't closed, then these steps won't have the desired effect.
2) If you used an "installer" for a custom UI, see if it has an "uninstaller" and use it.
3) Inside the World of Warcraft Program Folder, delete the "WTF," "Cache," and "Interface" folders.
4) Restart your computer.
5) Please do not reinstall Addons prior to testing the issue you were experiencing.
6) Make sure that you are using WOW.EXE or LAUNCHER.EXE to start the game. Please do not run any UI installers beforehand, as we want to eliminate them as part of the issue.
7) Upon launching the game, you should see the Intro cinematic movie and be prompted to agree to the Terms of Use. Once you authenticate past the login screen, the “AddOns” button should no longer be visible at the lower left corner of the character selection screen. Both points mentioned previously must hold true if you should complete the aforementioned steps correctly.

I'd ask that you close out the petition that you have on your Death Knight as two of the same report are not needed. :) Just keep the one you have open on the Paladin open and a Game Master will look into it.

It should also be noted that though you have requested contact, and if you are online when the petition is addressed we will contact you, we will be unable to provide you with any information regarding what is done. We will only be able to thank you for your report. :)
