Mimiron's head unavailable in 3.3?

Since Mimiron's head is a guaranteed mount drop, will it no longer be obtainable in 3.3 since there is a feat of strength being implemented for it?
There are no plans to remove this mount in patch 3.3. Good luck on more Yogg+0 attempts!
