Lost Authenticator, how do I remove?

My cat has a habit of taking small objects and hiding them or burying them in the back yard. My wife usually keeps it tucked away under the keyboard but it has become apparent that our cat has gotten ahold of it and taken it away and it is nowhere to be found.

How do i remove the authenticator from my Wife's account until a new one can be ordered?

I have an additional question that concerns me security wise. Everytime I log into my account or my wifes account(this one) on the forums it says server error. it takes several restarts of my browser to finally get logged on. is this just due to the new Battlenet format? Is Anyone else having this problem and is it any concern security wise? I know I am being paranoid but would like to be sure.

Correct. If the Blizzard Authenticator serial number is not available, go ahead and have your wife complete the following form in form: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=26361

She can send it off today if she is able; however, our Billing representatives will be unable to process it until offices open for the week. Just make sure that she completes all relevant sections and circles the "Deactivate Authenticator" option towards the top of the document. :)

This is the workaround that proves successful for us whenever we encounter the "Server Error" message repeatedly (which is does not seem as though all forum accounts are affected). You may also wish to try another browser.
