I show that you have the Argent Lance currently equipped, Nerdygamer. That item should suffice in completing any of the daily quests in Icecrown that requires you to have a lance equipped. If you would rather use the Alliance Lance, though, you should be able to pick up a new one in the same tent you pick up the jousting daily quests. :0)
