[email protected] This link or URL is not working. I dealt with a helpful GM yesterday afternoon and was given this link to give her some positive feedback and I can't seem to get to the link. I've searched and have come up empty. It is even a link listed in the forum area, but doesn't work. Are there any GM's out there who can see why the link is not active? My GM was Gadalegith and he/she helped me big time. At first he/she said she couldn't help me with what I needed but then she put me on hold and worked it all out. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

A note to WOW Blizzard: Why do we have to wait over 24 hours to get a reply when we put in a ticket??
That is just absurd. The first time I put in a ticket.... probably back in June, I had to wait and hour and 18 minutes and I thought that was bad. I also remember back then there was a timer that told me how long the wait would be. I couldn't find one this time. It would be helpful to have so I know what time frame I am working in. Can I go get a drink?? Can I use the bathroom?? Please give us an estimate of time we need to wait.

With the $$$$ I pay each month and everyone else, you'd think there would be enough GM's so we wouldn't have to wait longer than 5 to 10 minutes.

We'd absolutely love to assist you within 5 to 10 minutes as well, Elfglimmer. We're currently working as quickly as possible to reduce our queue times so that we're able to provide the prompt assistance you've come to expect.

Q u o t e:
And the reason you can't get the link to work is because it's an email address :P

Correct! It's important to remember that [email protected] is not a website URL, but an email address. Please feel free to use this address any time to leave feedback for the In-Game Support department.

Also, I realize this thread is a bit ancient, but I'm sure Thegunny meant no disrespect by bringing it back to life. And I'm happy to keep this discussion open, too, so long as related discussion remains civil. :)

Ask and ye shall receive! <3

Otaketay, I highly recommend posting in the Suggestion forums if you have further feedback regarding item drop rates and item progression. Our developers regularly read that forum and are most eager to hear your thoughts. =)
